James McMillan (New Zealander)

Currently is a senior consultant with Bark Hoffman. He has working experience as Executive director with KiwisFly International and also Consulting Managing Director of Hobbe International Limited. James has two Masters one in management majoring projects, risk and change management, and corporate leadership and the other one in management majoring strategic planning and marketing. James worked as a Consultant and Managing Director of International Housing Solutions Limited managing contractual, employment, manufacturing, financial and leadership responsibilities in New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong and the People’s Republic of China. James was group captain with New Zealand air force before he retired and change his carrier and a consultant. James has a Membership in Professional Societies: New Zealand Institute of Management, New Zealand Institute of Directors, and Employers and Manufacturer’s Association.

Dr. Abbas Hussein Ali Mohammed

He is a PG Certificate In Change Management (With Credit), Lancaster University, UK 2002, Doctor of Philosophy in Management, Aston University, UK 1984-1988, M.Sc. In Applied Psychology, Aston University, UK 1983-1984, and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Khartoum University, Sudan 1977-1982. Dr. Abbas has Consultancy experience in designing and delivery of HRM related projects. Professional in Adaptation/Arabization of Training and Assessment tools. Qualifications and professional skills in Organizational Structuring/Re-Structuring, Job Analysis and Competency Design (SHL), Occupational testing (SHL), Occupational Personality Questionnaires (SHL), Job Evaluation/Grading; Rewards Systems; Assessment and Development Centres, Qualified in 360º Assessment and Report Writing, Career Path Planning, Computer Skills and Presentation Skills.

Alan Barker

A consultant since 1983; he has worked in South East Asia, India, Australasia, USA and the Gulf. Alan has spoken at numerous professional conferences in the region over the last 20+ years, he holds a Master’s Degree in Instructional Systems Design from London University and Post Graduate Diplomas in Training & Development and Personnel Management from Massey University, New Zealand. Alan is the Regional Managing Director of Strategic Consulting Services (Asia-Pacific) Ltd and manages 17 associated offices from Hawaii to Sudan, he is a visiting lecturer of strategic management & human resource management at Institute of Finance and International Management, Bangalore. He has visited Sudan on numerous occasions since 1971 and worked with LK Solutions since 2004 providing training & consultant services for many Sudanese reputable clients.

Osman Hassan Osman

Has a BA, MA Edu and a Diploma of Teaching English as a Foreign Language (with distinction). He has been involved in corporate training ever since 1981 and has over 30 years of experience as a business and technical English teacher. He worked for the Ministry of Education in Sudan as an English language teacher; he worked for the Arabian American Oil Company (ARAMCO) in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia as an advanced English teacher; and he worked for the Saudi Electricity Company Training Institute in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia as a senior teacher. Presently, he is a freelancer involved in corporate training and has, so far, delivered training courses in business English and technical English to many companies and organizations including the most reputable companies in Sudan.
